DR. JUSTIN VAIDYAN
PT, DPT
Justin earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University at Buffalo. He wants more for his patients than pain-free and functional: he wants them to thrive and hit their physical and health goals.
His treatments include myofascial release, active release technique, spinal manipulation, Graston, cupping and movement therapy.

DR. KELSEY LYNCH
PT, DPT, CSCS
Kelsey earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College. She found her passion for PT through her own injuries as a competitive dancer.
Working in sports medicine at the University of Notre Dame sparked her love for athletics. She helps athletes return to sport and every patient return to daily life pain-free.

NICK MADDALENA
PT, DPT
Nick earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Dominican College of Blauvelt and his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University.
He believes recovery goes beyond reducing pain. He finds the root cause and builds a plan in a high-energy, supportive setting where you feel challenged and confident.

ZACH MILLETT
PTA
Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, Zach earned his Bachelor’s in Health Studies from Utica University and his PTA degree from Orange County Community College.
His goal is to decrease your pain, build mobility and strength, and get you back to your activities without restrictions. Golf fan? Ask him for his drive video.
